Instructions

Use this form to provide us with the desired content and copy for your project. We have provided basic guidelines that you can follow to aid in completing this form and thus enabling UrbanDezign.com to complete your project faster. By completing this form you acknowledge that information you provide us using this from will be included in your finished project.

  • Keep in mind that the web sites built by UrbanDezign.com are very flexible and easy to update and correct, a web site is never truly compete or set in stone. You have the power to change the copy of your site with ease at or after completion of your project. Your Account Manager will provide you with a revision form after all content and copy has been placed in your project. You may review the content of the site with your Account Manager and complete the revision form provided. Once the site is finalized and you have completed your training any further change requests will be billed at $85/hr.

  • In the case you are providing information for a print, promotional or apparel project we will first review with you a production authorization form with your proof before proceeding with your project. Once the authorized files have been submitted to press changes or alterations are not possible. You are the final proof reader, make certain to review your project proof thouroghly before submiting production authorization.

  • You may copy text out of word, text, org, pdf documents and more into the copy fields.

  • All fields are required, if you don't know what to put in a field or have run out of informaiton to provide us please place an "NA" within the field.

  • Following the tabs in sequience will aid in completion of the form.
