Web Design Process
Following is a detailed description of our design process for web sites. We follow this process to make certain communication chanels are always open and most importantly you end up with an attractive functioning web site.
  1. Once we receive an initial deposit we will begin project.
    Week One (1)
  2. Meet With Client for Discovery Meeting, gain as much info about them and their business process as possible and what they would like to see in their site design. We will aslo establish project timeline including goals and milestones. Special functionality requests may add additional time to a project's timeline.
  3. Web Designer then creates a Mock up or two for the client to review and the account manager schedules the next meeting.
  4. If the the design is approved we then code it, if the design/designs are rejected we make a new design and schedule another meeting.
    Week Two (2)
A design rejection will add an additional 7-14 days to a project.
  5. We collect content and copy from the client that they would like placed in their web site.
  6. Our Web developer takes the approved mock up and creates an actual working template or web site.
  7. At this point we can meet to review the coded design and/or grant them access to the functioning development site.
    Week Three (3)
  8. The Content is next placed within the site, and arranged in an attractive manner attempting to follow the mock up's concepts and ideas
  9. Content Meeting with client, client verifies that the content, functionality agreed to in the contract have been fulfilled, and makes any additional payments or requests final changes and/or corrections. (corrections are made at no additional cost)
    Week Four (4)
Requests for Design & programing changes will be estimated and billed at an hourly rate and additional payments are made.
  10. At minimum 2-4 additional weeks of testing & debugging is standard for Web Sites that require custom programing to facilitate customeized functinoality.
  11. Follow up with client approximately 1 week after the project or testing is complete
    Weeks 5 to 9 (5-9)
