For your safety please create a new password, Select "Change Password".
Then follow the steps to create and confirm your new password. 
You can also set an alternate address to forward your new email address to by selecting "Forwarding Options" as detailed below:
 Enter the address you would like to forward you email to then click "Add Forward": 
While your mail is foraded to an alternate address email will continue to store in the accunt created in your hosting acocunt. most accounts are allocated 10 Megabytes of storage. Once your email account mail box is full email will not be forwarded. You should continue to check your account regularly or login to your hosting account and remove the email account while creating a forward alone.
